Physiotherapy
Our team of chartered physiotherapists are all highly skilled, experienced senior clinicians specialising in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of sports injuries, spinal and other joint problems.
All physiotherapists are all registered with the HPC and most health insurance companies. We accept private patients without a GP referral and clients also covered by their health insurance.
Pilates & Clinical Pilates
We have a selection of Physiotherapy led pilates classes and can also provide 1-1 sessions
Acupuncture
Acupuncture can reduce pain by stimulating the brain and spinal cord to produce natural pain relieving chemicals such as endorphins.
Sports Massage & Aromatherapy
Our sports masseurs have undergone extensive training in most forms of massage and soft tissue techniques.
They are experienced Sports Masseurs, experienced in Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy and many additional soft tissue techniques such as Trigger Point therapy, used to release knots in muscles.
Work Station Assesments & Ergonomics
Workstation Assessments can be undertaking at home or for companies in office environments.
Back & Neck Pain
Acupuncture, massage and Pilates can make a difference for chronic back and neck pain.
